To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review and acknowledge our house rules.

🕒 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed if available (extra fees may apply).

• Please present a valid ID upon arrival.

• Balance payment is settled upon check-in unless otherwise arranged.

🔇 Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Avoid loud music, shouting, or unnecessary noise in rooms and hallways.

• Outdoor celebrations must be coordinated with management.

🚭 Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms.

• Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

• A ₱2,000 penalty applies for violating the no-smoking rule indoors.

🧺 Cleanliness & Room Care

• Please help keep your room tidy during your stay.

• Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the rooms.

• Eating inside the room is discouraged to avoid ants or stains.

• Report any damages immediately. Broken items, lost keys, or stained linens will incur a replacement fee.

🔐 Lost Keys / Access

• Lost room key: ₱1,000 replacement fee.

• Please ensure your room is locked when you leave.

🍽️ Kitchen & Grilling Area (For Groups or Approved Guests)

• Use of the kitchen or grilling area must be coordinated with management.

• A fee for using the kitchen may apply. Please coordinate with our receptionist

• Using the grilling area is free of charge.

• Clean as you go — wash dishes, wipe surfaces, and throw garbage properly.

• Turn off stoves, lights, and unplug appliances after use.

• Charcoal (uling) not provided.

💼 Visitors & Extra Guests

• Only registered guests are allowed inside rooms.

• Visitors must stay in outdoor common areas and are allowed only until 11:00 PM.

• Additional guests staying overnight will be charged an extra fee.

🐾 Pet Policy

• Small pets may be allowed with prior approval.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning after their pets.

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

• Damages in the room cost by pets will be charged - ₱1,000.

💧 Water & Electricity

• Please help conserve electricity and water.

• Turn off AC, fan, lights, and faucets when not in use or leaving your room.

• Puerto Galera may experience occasional interruptions — thank you for your patience.

🗑️ Waste Disposal

• Please place trash in the bins provided.

• Avoid leaving food waste inside rooms.

🏊 Facilities Use (Outdoor Areas)

• Use outdoor spaces responsibly.

• Keep furniture where it belongs; avoid dragging items.

• Do not leave personal items unattended in common areas.

• The hotel will not be responsible for any lost items left unattended. 

🏥 Safety & Security

• Do not engage in harmful or dangerous activities within the premises.

• Fireworks, explosives, and dangerous materials are not allowed.

• Management is not liable for lost personal belongings.

• CCTV cameras operate in common areas for security purposes.

• Illegal drugs and substances are not allowed in the hotel.

🚗 Parking

• Motorbike parking is free.

• Four-wheel parking is available for ₱150/day (partner parking area, subject to availability).

💰 Payments, Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Unpaid balances or damages will be collected before checkout.

• Management reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or repairs if needed.

• The hotel shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur within or outside the property premises, unless proven to be due to hotel negligence.

• Guests with children,PWD’s, infants, or elderly family members are responsible for their supervision and safety at all times. The hotel will not be liable for any accidents involving unsupervised pwd’s,minors or elderly guests.

💰 Cancellations/Refunds & Violation of Rules

• Violation of any of these rules may result in penalties, cancellation of stay, or eviction without refund.

• Refunds and cancellations depend on the hotel policy sent during booking.

• No-shows or early check-outs may not be eligible for a refund.
