Who pays and why
Business account is paid by sellers operating at professional volume or professional business scope. Monthly base rate is PHP 100, with 1, 3, 6, or 12 month billing cycles. Invoice is generated every selected cycle and sent by email.
Business subscription is required for:
Business Directory listings (business listing type).
More than 1 open For Sale property listing.
More than 1 open For Rent property listing.
More than 1 open car or other non-motorbike vehicle listing.
More than 2 open motorbike listings.
More than 1 open job listing.
All other categories currently have no posting volume limit.

Yes. You can open a dispute from chat, and the moderation team will investigate and mediate.
How do I close a completed listing?
From seller dashboard, open the listing actions and choose Mark as sold.
